WELCOME TO THE AMEILLAUD !

Family owned for over 200 years, the Ameillaud lies in the heart of the Côtes du Rhône, at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, close to the Mont Ventoux.

The Ameillaud is perfectly positioned, 2 kms outside the picturesque village of Cairanne on the Route des Vins, within easy driving distance of some beautiful historic towns; Orange and Vaison la Romaine (15 mins.), Avignon (30 mins.) and Aix en Provence and Arles (1hr).


 
 
THE AMEILLAUD
 
 
The estate’s old stable block occupies one of the wings of a closed courtyard. The stables have recently been converted into two exquisite apartments, offering excellent facilities for a relaxing holiday in a quiet environment at the centre of a thriving vineyard.

The stables combine the charms of traditional architecture with contemporary design. Our architect has created two independent apartments on two floors, occupying in all some 250m². These apartments preserve the original light and space, and take full advantage of the building’s views over the surrounding country-side.

An alleyway gives access to a private garden and parking area. There is a path leading onto the swimming pool (18m x 5m). Swim or simply relax in this tranquil spot surrounded by the vines.

The Ameillaud stables are charming and comfortable. Located in the heart of a region famous for its beauty and history, Côtes du Rhône offers a wide range of leisure activities: restaurants, local markets, art and archaeology, music and sport.

  
 
STABLE 1 : GRAND MEYEAU

There is one bedroom (27m²) with three single beds and its own private bathroom and wc. A further two double bedrooms (16 and 19m²) share a bathroom and wc.
 
STABLE 2 : PETIT MEYEAU

There are two bedrooms, both with private bathrooms, one double (17m²) and one with three beds (28m²). There is a separate wc.

Net prices in Euros, including: Cleaning end of stay.
Sheets, towels, swimming towels.

Arrivals on Saturday from 4.00 pm. Departure also on Saturdays by 10.00 am.
On reservation, an account of 40% of total rental price is requested, the balance is to be paid 2 months before arrival.

A refundable cheque of 200,- Euros is also requested as a guarantee against eventual breakages. Domestic animals are not admitted.

*During harvest we stop rental, usually from 15/09 to 15/10. These dates may change from one year to the other according to beginning and end of harvest.

Heating costs are included in October to April prices.
